Mix katakuriko with 100 mL of water.Cut broccoli into bite-size pieces.Add a pinch of salt to a pot of water and bring it to the boil. Add broccoli, boiling for 2-3 minutes. Drain.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high, add the pork and ginger, and stir-fry.
As the pork begins to change colour, add the broccoli, then add (A) and continue to stir-fry.
When the broccoli becomes tender, mix in the katakuriko water to thicken the sauce. Turn off the heat and serve!
